It’s been a few years in the making, but I’m finally releasing my Watercolor Loose Florals Masterclass! I’ve been painting loose florals since 2016, and they were my first love. I grew up always appreciating nature and flowers. It was a common subject for my grandmother to paint as well. When I started creating online courses in 2017, I published several, but separate courses, on loose florals. Starting in 2020, I wanted to create a Masterclass that was a one-stop place for everything loose florals.

What does loose florals mean?
Loose florals to me means that you are painting using gestural brushstrokes rather than coloring in shapes. The brushstrokes are built on muscle memory, drills, and practice. Forms are created by understanding a flower’s anatomy.
I love to capture just the essence of a flower. You don’t want to compromise the flower’s identity, but I also don’t want to overwork it by painting too many of the details.

Depends on which pricing option you choose. If you choose the one-time payment, you will have access for the lifetime of this course bundle – at least a year.

What if I am unhappy with the course?

What supplies do I need?
Some courses may require additional supplies, which will be explained in that course’s details.
- Watercolor paper: 140 lb, cold pressed
- Watercolor brushes: round brushes, sizes 2 and 6 (or comparable)
- Watercolor paints: Pan or tube paints (LUKAS 1862 Watercolors is what I use)
- Pencil and eraser
- Jars of water
- Paper towel or cotton rag
- Spray bottle of water
